Suppliers¶
Suppliers are companies that provide a variety of services and products, including passenger transportation, insurance, hotel reservations, and online travel services. They offer solutions for a variety of needs, from air travel to travel arrangements and customer advocacy. (Picture 1).

The list of Suppliers has both interactive cards, which the Agent can interact with, and regular cards, which mean that this Supplier does not require interaction with the Agent; such Suppliers are connected by default (Picture 2). Interactive cards are highlighted when hovering over them with cursor.
The agent can independently connect the Supplier in a Direct Session (these cards are interactive). Suppliers from the TCH Session are connected automatically after approval with the TCH, and are displayed in the «Connected» section.

Supplier Connection¶
To connect a Supplier, the Agent must select the appropriate Supplier card in the «Supplier list» section and click on it. A window will open with the fields required for entering authorization data for the selected Supplier (Picture 3).

For each Supplier, it is necessary to fill in the data and in the form required by the Supplier.
It is also possible to add a Supplier via the «Add Supplier» button in the «Connected» section (Picture 4). When clicked, the Agent is redirected to the «Supplier list» section.

Connected Suppliers¶
The «Connected» section displays Suppliers that the Agent connected independently (in a Direct Session), as well as Suppliers connected in the TCH Session (Picture 5).

For all Direct Session Suppliers in the «Connected» section, additional actions are available through the context menu (three dots), such as «Edit» and «Delete» (Picture 6).

Adding Supplier's details¶
When creating a Detail in the «Add details» form, a corresponding Content Type other than Air should be selected (Picture 7).

«Content type» is displayed depending on which Supplier the Agent has connected. For example, if the Supplier «Insurance» is connected, then when creating a detail the Insurance Content type will be available. If the Supplier «Hotels» is connected, then when creating a detail the Hotels Content type will be available.
In addition, fields «Session Type», «Point of Sale», «Working Method» (either «Application» - MixVel API, or «Employee» - Cashier Module) should be filled in.
In the «Select Supplier» field, the Supplier is chosen depending on the selected «Content Type» and the Supplier previously connected (Picture 8).

After adding a detail (the «Add details» button), it is displayed in the «Details» section (Picture 9).
