Getting access to DEMO and PROD environments

Connection to "MixVel e-commerce platform"

The following options for connecting to the Software «MixVel e-commerce platform» are possible:

After registration the users will get accesses to the MixVel Agency online Account and to the MixVel API.

Description of the workflow:

Getting Access to the DEMO-environment

To get access to the DEMO-environment it’s necessary to take the following steps:

1. Conclude an Agreement with «TCH» JSC, receive the Agency code. Consultation at TCH can be obtained by phone number: +7 (495) 788-12-15 or by email: sales@tch.ru.

2. Conclude an Agreement with «Mixvel» LLC. Consultation can be obtained by email: agents@mixvel.com.

3. Submit an application for accreditation to the accreditation department of «TCH» JSC (After acceptance of the application, the accreditation department assigns a test ERSP (Electronic Reservation Services Provider)). Consultation can be obtained by email: oaa@tch.ru.

4. Send an application letter (in free form) to describe the virtual Operator and Terminal for the demo-environment by email osr@tch.ru.

Operator and terminal numbers are described as new ones, not previously used in any session. We recommend choosing the virtual operator value corresponding to the terminal number.

5. Submit a request to the MixVel Platform support service at: support@mixvel.com to receive a test ClientID.

Application form:

  • Agency code –

  • Number and date of the Agreement - Indicate the number of the agreement with Mixvel –

  • Legal name of the customer –

  • Site URL and/or name and type of web services –

  • Working environment – demo

  • Session (ATSS/TCH or direct, if the session is direct, then the airline must be specified) –

  • City –

  • Currency –

  • POS (Point of sales) –

  • ERSP (for ATSS/TCH session only) –

  • Range of Terminals –

  • Range of Operators –

The test ClientID will not be assigned without concluding an Agreement with «Mixvel» LLC.

To get access to the DEMO-environment it’s necessary to take the following steps:

1. To configure the agency details, you must register in your MixVel Boss Personal Account:

  • follow the link lk.demo.mixvel.io;

  • on the authorization page click «Registration»;

  • as a login, enter the email address of the manager or employee authorized to manage the agency’s details;

  • choose the language (russian / english);

  • read the terms of the MixVel Boss Personal Account and tick the parameter «I agree with the Terms of the MixVel Boss Personal Account usage»;

  • click the button «Register».

2. A message from the MixVel Platform will be sent to the specified email address about the need to create a password. Follow the link. Create a password. Press the button «Set up the password»

с The password should contain at least one number ('0'-'9') and at least one capital letter ('A'-'Z').

3. On the authorization page lk.demo.mixvel.io enter your login (email address) and password. Then click the «Login» button.

4. On the opened page fill in the agency form.

The questionnaire is confirmed by the support service (support@mixvel.com) only if there is a signed NDA with Mixvel LLC, correctly filled in details and a current agency code.

5. After confirming your application, you will be able to work in your MixVel Boss Personal Account for demo version.

The questionnaire is confirmed by the support service (support@mixvel.com) only if there is a signed NDA with «Mixvel» LLC, correctly filled in details and a current agency code.

6. After receiving your own test ClientID, fill in the Agency data in your personal account. Create «Structure Units», «Application/URL», «Details». When filling in the Details, select in the «Session Type» field - TCH (neutral), in the «Working Method» field - Application.

7. After creating the «Application/URL», the details for authentication in the test MixVel API will be sent to the email address specified during registration: api.demo.mixvel.io

8. Send an application letter (in free form) to TCH to the address: osr@tch.ru for a description of the 12-digit alphanumeric Application Code to the operator. The application code can be copied in the «Applications/URL» tab.

Getting Access to the PROD-environment

Preliminary terms for getting access to the PROD-environment:

  • TCH accreditation, if the Agency works in a neutral session, obtaining work details (POS/ERSP);
  • having agreements with airlines in case the Agency is going to work in direct sessions (obtaining POS);
  • conclusion of an agency agreement with «Mixvel» LLC.

Connecting to the PROD environment:

1. To work in a neutral session (TCH session), submit standard applications through the TCH Personal Account for the provision of free (new) terminals, as well as operator logins linked to the existing details of the TCH POS and TCH ERSP:

  • «Application for description/exclusion of virtual technological address of terminal».

  • «Application for a description of virtual cashiers/operators in domestic ABS».

Applications are located in the «Sales Organization» tab, in the «Applications in the TCH»/«Description/re-description/exclusion of cashiers, operators and terminals» section.

2. Submit a request to the MixVel Platform support service to receive a ClientID at: support@mixvel.com.

3. Register and fill out your MixVel Boss Personal Account at: lk.mixvel.io. Consultation can be obtained by sending a request to: support@mixvel.com.

4. After confirming the questionnaire, create in your personal account on the MixVel Platform: «Structure Units», «Application/URL», «Details». When filling in the Details, select in the «Session Type» field - TCH (neutral), in the «Working Method» field - Application. For more details, see the «User Guide for the MixVel Boss Agency Account».

5. After creating the «Application», a login and password for authentication to the MixVel API will be sent to the email address specified during registration: api.mixvel.io.

6. To ensure work in a neutral session and obtain sales rights, submit standard applications in the Personal Account of the TCH, the «Sales Organization» tab, the «Applications to the TCH» / «Connection to Mixvel» section:

  • «Application for connection/disconnection of the POS to System 15».

  • «An application for a description of a virtual operator (only one!) in the Mixvel (System 15)».

The operator’s login is the 12-digit application code from the personal account of the MixVel Platform.
