Connect to a direct airline session

1. Conclude an Agreement with the airline and receive a POS to work in the session of this airline.

2. Inform the airline of the ranges of terminals and virtual operators ranges on which the agency will work in its session.

Airlines are provided with free, previously unused terminals and virtual operators.

We recommend choosing the value of virtual operators that corresponds to the terminal numbers, for example: ABCD45 terminal – operator 0045.

3. Contact the airline so that it sends an application to «Mixvel» LLC, which indicates the point of sales (POS), terminals and virtual operators through which the agency will carry out work.

4. Submit an application to Support MixVel at: support@mixvel.com to receive a ClientID for a direct session with a specific airline (for each airline you must receive new ClientID).

«Mixvel» LLC will not fulfill the agency’s request without the airline’s request.

5. Register and fill out your MixVel Personal Account at: lk.mixvel.io.

6. After the questionnaire is confirmed by the support service, create in your personal account on the MixVel Platform: «Structure Units», «Application/URL», «Details». When filling in the Details, select in the «Session Type» field - Direct (provider) (select the carrier in the field that appears), in the «Working Method» field - Application. For more details, see the «User Guide for the MixVel Boss Agency Account».

7. After creating the «Application», the connection details will be sent to the email address specified during registration, and a request for access to a direct session of the airline will be automatically sent to the MixVel technical support service.

8. Once the direct session connection has been confirmed by MixVel support, you can start working in the MixVel API: api.mixvel.io.
